Skidmore Sales of Cincinnati , Ohio , has completed the purchase of Essex Grain Products, Inc., based in Frazer , Pennsylvania . Both companies are leading distributors of food ingredients to the food processing, flavors, health, pharmaceutical and nutritional industries. Skidmore Sales operates from eight distribution centers located throughout the Midwest . Skidmore and Essex Grain combined will be able to better service and distribute quality ingredients to customers from the Midwest to the Atlantic Seaboard.
